Can I only order online, or do you have a physical shop?
At present, we don’t have a physical store yet, however, fear not! Your coffee oasis awaits online. Explore our webshop to discover freshly roasted beans, delivered straight at your door for your perfect coffee moments
What are the shipping costs?
We are shipping for free for orders above €50 in Belgium. For countries outside Belgium a shipping cost will be applied . Shipping costs will be applied at check-out. the price will vary depending on your destination.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are shipped twice a week , on Tuesdays and Thursdays. In case of large quantities of orders, they are shipped multiple times a week. The exact time frame of when our delicious beans will be delivered at your home can be followed via the track and trace link after you place your order.
What is your return policy?
It is not possible to return your order, order are not refundable. If you did not like what you ordered we would be very happy to hear your feedback and we will provide an appropriate solution that suits your expectations
Is it possible to purchase a sample?
We will soon launch our sample packages of 100grams that can be combined in a box with several other beans in our range. This is ideal for the ones that want to taste everything before purchasing 250 grams or 1kg or also perfect as an original gift for all coffee lovers.
